Yes kfc is great, went gym earlier my mate had to renew his member ship it took 40 mins, then we trained took ages and i wanted kfc sobadly...

But nah im on a real strict diet... so can't have kfc way to fatty.

Pretty much yeah.

Its good writing everything down though for some reason that helps me stick to it for months and doesnt let me have the odd bad meal either.


Edit: and stu, i couldnt go veggie! would be hard.
