My heros are ordinary people who made it through difficulties while remaining good people. Not people who made it through 'difficulties' [mainly due to their own egos gobbling them up] with a few thousand fans ansd a few million quid behind them, FFS.

Oh, and Bill Hicks, like.

That's what I said my idol is my dad. We don't actually know celebrities, we know them just as much as the papers want us to know them. Ordinary people are so much more interesting because they get real life and not only champagne, parties and money.

I don't really have one. I think my parent's are pretty brilliant though *cheese*

A lot of people say I look to Take That like God's which I'm not going to deny! But I wouldn't see them as 'idols',just people I really love and admire.

I would agree with that in Britney's case too.

I kind of look up too Kelly Clarkson, which goes against all your little 'Celeb vs Real person' theories. But I admire how she stays real when everyone is against her and she ignores the comments she gets about her looks and never changes for anyone.

I don't really look up to anyone else that much, because everyone I know has their faults and no one I know is perfect and amazing to look up too. My dads a muppet and my mums my friend so I don't really look up to her... It annoys me when people say 'but you don't know them' to celebs, does that mean you cannot look up to them?

I look up to Keith Richards and Mick Jagger from the Rolling Stones simply because they are still as energetic and cool as they were in their youth.
But they aren't my idols, my Mum is for overcoming Breast Cancer and being such a wonderful mum.
