You must have misunderstood me. I was talking about the truth
Just to name a few:
- Heal the world foundation
- Raised awareness about feeding the poor and hungry
- Raised awareness that music artists who take so much should give something back, of course he never took - he just gave, gave, gave, gave and gave but then those little sh*ts who Michael loved spread those awful lies about him
- Gave over $400mill to charity
- Biggest selling album of all time
- Over 750million record sold
- Put black artists on TV! - Before michael jackson nobody wanted to know
- Changed the face of music forever
- Did the unthinkable
- Dreamed the impossible
- Worked miracles!

I can go on.....

IF she was THAT upset about it then she'd have told them anyway.
Yeah that evil Noirin... Grrrrr grrrrr grrrr..

You don't need to play an instrument to be a musician. His voice was his instrument.
i dont disagree that he was a great front man , not as good as jim morrison, mick jagger or freddie mercury. but he was good, but he isnt a musician and music hasnt died, they said the same thing when buddy holly died, they wrote a song about it called american pie.

Well I grew up with Mick Jagger, Jim Morrison, Freddie Murcury, Buddy Holly, and Don McClean and American Pie, but in my opinion. Michael surpassed every one of them, and that's saying something because there are some brillient artist's amongst your list.

YOu know wht amazes me, people that laugh at thouse who mourn someone tht meant a lot to them, regardless of who they are! You guys are really the ones who are quite weird!!!

When Jade died, who I didnt care for I had no problems, letting the people wh actually liked her, mourn her in whatever way they choose. It didnt affect me one way or the other.

But I guess some people are just pre determined to ridicule, and make fun of empathy, or trgedies. Oh well, its a free country!

I didn't laugh at anyone, I was simply pointing out that people mourning as if a family member had just died, over someone whom they never met or even had a conversation with, was a bit disproportionate.

My heads full of the truth, I just can't understand why nobody realises how much Michael did. Just people who will only see the bad in people and refuse to see the good.

Exactly!

She didn't show one bit of emotion or even shock. Again she's using whatever she can to get the most attention that she possibly can.
Don't be so stupid. She wasn't attention seeking and that was some shock news to take in. I don't think I would have believed Frederico if I had being in the house. Did you believe MJ had died the first moment you heard it? I bet not. Like thousands (millions) of people around the world, we put on the news, checked the internet, phone friends etc. Norin did similar by going to the DR first.
In your opinion maybe but not mine.
Sorry you've not swayed me one iota, she was covering her back. If she'd been in "shock" she'd not even have thought about going to the diary room to make sure she was allowed to inform the others. My opinion, you're allowed your own I won't stoop to calling you stupid

He was a huge star though so people are going to be sad and grieve whether they were related to him or not! it's like Jade i didn't know her personally but i was sad when she passed away even though we knew it would happen!

MJ was odd in many ways but his music was great
i agree. music can be a very powerful thing. i can make you happy, sad, dance, chill...

a hell of a lot of people grew up listening to his music and symbolizes events in their life. eg first record ever bought, first dance with a loved one, their youth etc

i was sad when he died coz i loved his music. i loved dancing and singing to it when i was little and everyone's tried to do the moonwalk!! lol

Wow some people are so ignorant. If you think all Michael Jackson did was create great music and in your words "dance abit" then your so ignorant. He did a hell of alot more than that! He contributed to healing the world. Thats all he wanted to do, but the media teared him down. Most of the money he made from his tours went to charity- fact! Im a HUGE fan and was deeply upset when he passed. I still cant belieive it. In fact if i was in the BB house i probably woulda left hearing this news. It doesnt matter if he wasnt family, cos us fans felt like we knew him through his music and what we saw of him. He did alot for me.

Cant remember who it was, but thanks for pointing out all the contributions MJ made!

Heal the world, where exactly? the great rift valley? did he end wars, or even end one war.

Did he put an end to any major disease or illness?

What apart from making great music, music videos and putting on great shows etc, did he do for the world?

He's the greatest celebrity donor to charity of all time. Not to mention his human rights work (particularly amongst the black community in the US), songs like Heal The World and Earth Song I believe donated proceeds to charity...

he didnt donated the proceeds to charity, he donated profits from sales, he somehow managed to retain copyright to his music funnily enough so that royalties were paid to him.

I suppose cynically it could also be viewed as milking the system after all he intended hi single to be launched to great fanafare about it being a charity single but didnt bother mentioning that he still retained copyright, and money from the royalties was going to ........ Michael Jackson
