Bin Laden is believed to be the 'mastermind' behind it and also had access to the funds to pull off the attack.....unless we start to get in to conspiracy theories...
Heaps of terrorist attacks since, but it's changed from having a leader to more guerilla warfare.....why...because the uk and america have given a lot of people the ***** and some power hungry folk hide behind the label of islamic extremists who don't like western morals...apparently....
