The first eight seasons are the best, those are the golden years of ANTM in terms of entertainment. 3 and 6 were certainly the best. Later seasons had better casts in terms of legitimate modeling potential, but were much less messy. 16 was the best newer season because it had both great models and a lot of drama.

After Season 16 ANTM really started to go downhill. 17 and 18 were alright, but 19-22 were crap - the only good thing to come out of them was Leila Goldkuhl who ended up being ANTM's most successful girl ever. She's slayed in ads for Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, and Givenchy.

19 would've been good had it not been for the fan voting. It had an evil mean girl as the main bitch, an odd nerdy girl whose best friend is her mom, a high fashion model with loads of potential etc. But the panel/judges and fan voting ruined it.

22 was also not too bad even though it had Guys, although nowhere near the amazingness of old school ANTM. 20 and 21 were both trash.
