Tis pretty sad the World Heavyweight belt was contested in the opening match up, in a meaningless 18 second match.

Compare Shamus casually smiling, looking no happier than when winning any other match, to Benoit breaking down in the middle of the ring clutching the belt in tears of joy...

It will never happen, unless in like some circumstance it is found out he didn't actually murder his family. But he did. So.

I remember being like emotionally dead for 3 days when it was announced he died, I just spent my time crying, I was such a mess, whereas these days, I'd read the news, be like =( and then get over it.

I disagree. He didn't do it consciously. Benoit was long gone by that point. I think in those circumstances you have to judge it differently.

His brain got ****ed up over the years, and tbh it shows his dedication to wrestling, even if it's in the worst possible way. He'll be regarded as a legendary wrestler either way.

yeah i was a bit of wreck too especially when it came out it was a murder suicide..i didnt know how to react..i grew up watching him like and then all that happened i was just like..urgh

although i always found it dodgy that his wikipedia page said that he and his wife were dead 6 or so hours before anyone found out about it and the edit came from connecticut ( WWE HQ is here)
