I prefer him bad actually. Its odd seeing Damon be the good guy now. If she had any sense she would ditch Stephan totally and be with Damon Well, she should have done that even when Damon was bad

It was okay, I don't really think they did much to maintain the momentum of the last series which was a mistake.

I think this series has had the best start out off the three.. Season 1 was really slow and nothing really happened for a while it just just all about Stefan and Elena.. Season 2 was all about Katherine at the beginning this Series everyone has been involved in some way in the main storyline

Best ratings since the first episode of the series and it is now getting 1 Million more then the secret circle.. what a failure that is turning out to be

Last episode was definitely the best so far. It felt a bit like a series finale. Rebekah is brilliant

Katherine seems to be coming more irrelevant in this series, I wonder if they'll add another twist to her storyline or kill her off soon Hopefully they wont.

I think this is turning into the best season so far. Every episode has been great. I like that Stefan and Damon switched roles.

And Kat Graham looking sexy as ever.

Oh Ammi, I'm not sure.. I had recorded it. Novo or Vicky will know I think. It's really good though... I wasn't too impressed with ep1 and was a bit worried it was going to be a disappointing series, but ep2 proved otherwise!

Oh wait a sec.. itv2 will repeat it. Gimme a sec and I'll check.

..I checked the planner and couldn't see that it was repeated..which is naff because they normally show most programmes several times..

A main character will be leaving Mystic Falls on The Vampire Diaries.

Damon's (Ian Somerhalder) actions will indirectly lead to the departure of a main character when the show returns in January, E! Online reports.

In addition, an "epic kiss scene" is expected to occur in the near future.

Somerhalder recently confessed that he is tired of seeing Damon get his ass kicked on The Vampire Diaries, saying that the volatile vampire gets beaten up too frequently on the CW series.

Series star Paul Wesley recently insisted that Klaus (Joseph Morgan) will not become a good guy on the show, adding that it is important the hybrid vampire remains a villain.

The Vampire Diaries returns with new episodes on January 5, 2012 on The CW.
