WWE superstar Rey Mysterio has been suspended ... after violating the organization's Talent Wellness Program for a SECOND time ... this according to WWE officials.

The organization released a statement saying, "In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Oscar Gutierrez (Rey Mysterio) for 60 days effective Thursday, April 26 for his second violation of the company's policy. "

WWE would did not reveal any further details about the violation.

According to reports, the 37-year-old wrestling legend was suspended for the first Wellness Policy violation back in 2009.

riple H addressed the WWE developmental rumors and said the future has always been about making the best developmental territory possible. They are making plans to expand developmental but it's doing what it's designed to do - create and cultivate new talents.

* Vince McMahon said WWE content on TV will remain PG but movies will allow for content with stronger ratings. Vince talked about being proud of the Be A Star anti-bullying campaign. Vince said fighting bullying is something he really believes in and something that will be a huge initiative for WWE in the years to come.

* Vince was asked about a physical WWE Hall of Fame and said it's still located in his head. Vince said they are not in a physical brick & mortar business but the entertainment business and added that Hall of Fames don't make money usually. One day WWE will probably build something for the Hall of Fame but Vince said it needs to be in the right environment.

As seen on RAW last night, WWE plugged a website article that asks if Chris Jericho is the new Cerebral Assassin of WWE, a nickname claimed by Triple H.
The article mentions Triple H and wonders if Jericho may take the title of WWE's new Cerebral Assassin after the Extreme Rules WWE Title Match against CM Punk on Sunday:

"Jericho has proven he will stop at nothing in his attempt to wear Punk down to the point of mental and emotional exhaustion, and that spells big trouble as the two rivals head into a grueling Chicago Street Fight where every last bit of energy counts. As soon as WWE plugged the article on RAW last night, speculation began, mainly on Twitter, that Jericho was being set up for a feud against Triple H. For what it's worth, there has been no talk of bringing Triple H back yet.
