AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has tested positive for coronavirus, the club has said.
The 38-year-old former Sweden international has been placed in quarantine at home, with "relevant authorities" informed of his diagnosis. His positive result came in a second round of testing after defender Leo Duarte tested positive on Wednesday. Both players will miss Thursday's Europa League third qualifying round match with Bodo/Glimt. All other players and staff at AC Milan were negative in the latest round of testing. In a tweet, the former Manchester United player said he had not displayed any symptoms of the virus. |

The students here are arriving as we speak and already we have had a few rule breakers and thats not even everyone here yet!! Hundreds of positive cases have been confirmed at scottish universities so we will definitely have hundreds here too! We are in local lockdown as well which shows how severe it is here. 15 people in the hospital 10 mins from here all have covid. Im wearing gloves a mask and a visor. Still worried its not enough!

“Time to live without fear “ which translates to “ we have no money left “ Politicians nowadays are just the same as they were in the 60’s and ever since .. Useless and dishonest. I’d get rid of all politicians ( and politics) then let a team of success business people and scientists run the country Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

That’s why I don’t understand al this talk of a severe lockdown YET we will keep schools and universities open ..there was a scientist on the other day saying the only way to stop this in its tracks ( until a vaccine is available) is to absolutely minimise all human interactions/contact The virus spreads like wildfire indoors so it seems like madness to me . i don't think it will take much longer before they realise it's untenable to keep universities/colleges open in their current form and I think schools will follow shortly after that. They need to close these places down in the winter and open them in the summer until we have the virus under control

Unless Sunak is permitted now to look at things again and go a bit further.
I think he's done pretty well in some areas of need. To help both businesses and their staff. Nothing for self employed again really. It's this 'viable' business condition that is the cause of a lot of concern. As was stated on QT last night. A business/ organisation can be viable but not be able to because of restrictions in place by government now. They cannot operate at all, never mind have staffing for a third of the time. Is working from home for near all the time, not considered to qualify as that third. Or is it only if businesses have people actually physically on the premises for a third of the time. Oh dear, it seems Sunak has been forced to join the ranks of procrastination and confusing signals and messaging like the rest of them. More still needed, I'd still rate the Chancellor as the best of the lot of them. That headline 'time to live without gear's I, with the virus increasing again on all figures, aid now being cut back, so people's livelihoods and lives at risk too. That headline is really at worst insulting and in the very least inappropriate. Last edited by joeysteele; 25-09-2020 at 10:22 AM. |

things are going to be very grim jobs wise, there really isn't any way of avoiding that. Employers will see it as an opportunity to streamline while blaming the government for all their ills.
Speaking for the small business owner, i've received a tax demand with a warning to pay promptly ... i've never seen that before ... so the government are desperately trying to claw the cash in |
