Have these HMs never had to deal with grandparents?. Watching Gary really reminds me of my grandad in his late years god bless him. Would have broke my heart seeing people treat him like that.

Its gonna be awkward but thats BB's fault really theres loads they could do to make it all easier for people with hearing problems like using induction loops which channel whats said into a microphone direct to a hearing aid rather than all the background noise.
All banks use them so i have no idea why they havent bothered in BB it annoyed me last year with Sam that they did nothing to help him and now again with Gary.

They use such overly emotive language to describe everything Gary does. Nothing wrong with him wanting to discuss the issues she has with him to just clear the air. I'm sure she'd feel the same if she had been nominated.
