I think NBC pretty much avoids it as much as they can? I honestly don't recall much of what happened last year, and I missed the first two and a half days of this year and they're still on my DVR so maybe I'll be proven wrong. I *do* distinctly remember last year where Shannon Rowbury had an interview with FloTrack or LetsRun about how Semenya being able to race threatens the integrity of women's sports while Brenda Martinez, who races Caster FAR more often, was just like "I'm looking forward to racing her bc I'll run a fast time I like her, it's not her fault she's different" and Jenny Simpson was just like "lol having to race against Caster is different because everybody asks you about her :smug as **** smile:"
