I find the concept of the phones on Love Island quite intriguing (they're only connected to the other Islanders and not to the outside world). I think it would be quite interesting if Big Brother implemented something similar so the housemates can talk strategy - it'd be a subtle way of introducing the game to the show, plus they're just messages so it wouldn't dominate the highlights show.
