I've seen a lot of speculation and the one I like the most is another plane crash only because they need to kill off dead wood .

But Diane hasn't been on screen much and she was never a big character just well known and loved so I think she will die

We probably would’ve had one if 9 actors hadn’t all left within 4 months. The last proper cull was the funfair helicopter crash wasn’t it so we were due another one?
