But isn't Kaz only commander of the Infantry, not the airforce ?

As far as I am aware I go up a different chain of command.

The original idea proposed was by Mark, a Super Admin, I did not originate it, just pointed out that our Commander in Chief, Secretary of Defence Mark came up with an elegant solution.

Who am I, a mere Wing Commander to question the Wisdom of the Secretary of Defence

Meanwhile, just to let you know, the guys are out there patroling, ready for action.

So...According to Wing Commander Sticks, it is

the Secretary Of Defence

who is now ' on the case'.

We will have to watch our steps or we will be 'Zapped' from above and I'm not talking jet fighters here !

It can be really lonely when you have to wait at the base, not knowing how many of your friends will make it back. Sometimes we get to fly on missions, but nower days its seems more of a desk job

Ginger bought it a couple of days ago, we suspect mechanical failure. He ejected, but so far he is still MIA.

We do have some of these out looking

We hope to be getting some more in for close airsupport of this thread

Rank must be earned young man......

You start at 'private' and work your way up.

There have been MANY field decorations during THIS mission.

Your task will be to support Captain Kazin her mission to post last.

YOu may start by helping Wing Commandr sticks in his 'night duty'. It's hard work but the rewards are many.

I you find out what they are please tell the others !

I understand your logic perfectly Stu, I just don't think that logic was ever meant to play a part in this thread lol

Anyway I am signing off duty, having secured a days leave tomorrow to go to a certain concert and aftershow party lol

I must inform Captain Kaz that I may be late reporting for duty on Sunday and may also be feeling a little delicate lol.

Given that the Navy is the "Senior Service", we do have the Admiral of the Fleet in the form of the late departed "Splodge", who as we speak hovers over the assembled throng, reminding us all that the rank is but a title.......

.....sniffle......!

We're watching you, ......... "They seek him here, they seek him there......"

The lads ran into a little triple A, but were able to take them out

We knocked out a few anti-acrafty missile batteries as well

Apart from that, all quiet over night

Morning all!

My, what an eventful evening we had! Are you any the wiser about the purpose of this thread Stu? No????? Then join the club, because I don't think there is one!

Splodge, my dear - it really hasn't been that cold in 'Scotchland' over the last couple of days! I should know because I've been here all the time in my secret underground bunker from where I mastermind this vital mission. It DOES exist - honest - CHECK OUT THIS SITE if you don't believe me!!

Lance Corporal LEE - your absence has been noted. You are hereby instructed to have a fantastic time!!

Carry on, everyone - the mission WILL succeed.
