I´m betting they will make him at least 17 time champion thus surpassing Flair. Hell if they really want, they can have him win both titles come TLC, then lose them (or the unified one) at Rumble and then win it/them again at WM 30, thus surpassing Flair at the grandest stage of them all.

The title unification is completely mental stuff to boost the sagging ratings, innit? It's been rushed on to an end of year B-Show [albeit a terrific one] just totally out of the blue. I'm guessing someone's just going to go around with the two belts until WrestleMania when they actually properly unify them.
Obviously they're going to go with the WWE title. It's a shame the World Heavyweight Championship is literally just going to disappear. It's an incredible belt with a heavy history and the Del Rio era has literally ruined it. |

^ Why not make it a WWE World Championship -belt? It has both of the names together, thus reminding that it once was two belts (preserving history), and it sounds kind of good. (Well, to me at least)
