being able to get people more presents this year due to being employed for the first time around the christmas period. Have probably spent three times what I normally spend on my family

it's weird but i'm more looking forward to people opening the presents I got them than me opening theres..but I've never really liked opening presents in front of people anyway/getting presents in general because I'm really **** at pretending I like something and I'm very difficult to buy for

...aww to both of you.....it is a real feel good feeling much more so to give gifts to others than get them yourself...this is also why Christmas is not just about children because parents get so much as well by making it magical for their children and watching them open their gifts/everyone's a winner type thing and why Christmas is for everyone...also though guys, parents don't generally want to see their children spend too much on them/want to see them get good stuff themselves with their money so don't forget to keep some money to treat yourselves as well......

..I agree as well Nathan, I'm the same..I find it extremely awkward and embarrassing to receive gifts and always try to potter about being busy for as long as I can...I try to make sure that I have a day off on the Secret Santa day at work as well so I can just put mine under the tree and don't have to open it with everyone there...

..anyway, lovely that you've both got so much pleasure out of it all this year...

Do get the boxset and start from the beginning. I'm going to get the boxset too. Actually you can watch on Netflix or free links because you might not like it as much as I do. But I warn you Scandal is not just about Olitz there's some crazy **** that goes on.

Saddest moment on scandal. I felt that ****. Cyrus's husband was killed and he was trying to bury himself in work to not breakdown but then he broke down during a press conference, right after he had a flashback og him and husband's first dance. Waaa James

I know so damn sad. Even sadder because Cyrus is usually the tough talking, never shows emotions, always threatening everyone type of guy. Was tough and scandal fans loved the James character too so this episode was tough. Btw Kerry Washington was pregnant in this season. It's funny how they used so many props to hide her bump. Like legs, huge bags and etc.
