Well, I expected BB to easily overtake love island with its +1 figure as I expected over 200k easily. Only 90k on +1 is quite bad. Friday got 40k on +1 which I'm sure is one of the worst +1 figures ever. I hope they don't start to slip, they are still holding up well, but they need a boost and to stay above love island.

Evicting a hated housemate doesn't affect ratings in a ositive way a perfect example of this is Jade in CBB5 from viewers peaking at 8 million then her leaving and million tuned out.

Its getting on my tits now this 1.01 every night because its adding a good 400/500k in officials if it could atleast keep getting 1.3/1.4 which isn't far off then then the a chance of a series average of 1.7/1.8 it just had to beat BB15/BB16 and would be even better if it beat BB12/BB13 the only reason its going to struggle to do that is down to all those other launches being higher and with all the competition this year its holding steady.

I don't know, otherwise I would have posted it. Tbf apparently LI has only beaten BB once with +1 included but it's much of a muchness by this stage I think.

And this is why BB should have stayed at 10pm to avoid LI, it's obviously being hurt by it. That excl +1 is the highest excl +1 since first HL show.

I disagree. As last night proved, being away from LI is the best for it. Ratings will be back down over this weekend due to Euro's and LI.

1.31m at 10pm, 230k ahead of love island... I bet if it had been on at 9 against it again, love island would've pipped it. When will they learn, it should be at 10pm every weeknight..

Funnily enough, I just noticed annihilation week is the week after love island ends. So they're smart enough to plan that but can't just move the show to 10pm just now?

Doesn't Annihilation week start the day LI finishes? So it clashes with the final of LI? It ends on the 11th when Annihilation starts. The Euro Finals will be the day before on the 10th

I don't think Love island finishes on a Monday. I'm sure it's Friday the 8th (and I think even this is a week longer than initially planned), with annihilation week then starting on Monday the 11th

EDIT - just seen love island is confirmed to end on the 11th. That's a strange day but nevertheless, a good time for BB a to have a big week on!
