Not really. Not unless it becomes commonplace. It has some implications for the likelihood of an effective vaccine, but it isn't actually new information; it's not the first reinfection and there are examples going right back to February in China.

Sure, but it also wouldn't do anything, the original lockdown was supposed to be three weeks but they had to keep extending it.

The reason we were given in March for locking down was to protect the NHS and give them time to ready themselves as PPE was a shambles, no ventilators and no beds

Now allegedly we have all the PPE required, we have the ventilators and we have the Nightengales, so what is the reason for a lockdown which will not be observed at this stage and people will gather in homes

I understand how you feel, a friend of mine was ill in hospital and got it there.

It is worrying and I desperately hope you hear of a negative result Lewis.

It's awful to have to have been in hospital then at risk of getting this.
The anxiety waiting for the results is awful too.

I don't know the special Lady but I'll be thinking of your Nan and as I said really hoping you get to learn of a negative result and quickly too.
