What are your plans for xmas sooty?

I am going to cook Xmas dinner at home.
I invited my friend Yko for dinner.

If Claymore (Ian) found out that I am going to cook Xmas dinner, he would not believe me.

I'd say you're very good at cooking.

And I'm helping with dinner, but my mom does most of it. The plan is not to have a turkey, I'm not sure about the ham, and to replace the turkey we are either having a salmon or roast beef.

I might have said before but when my husband was coming back from a hospital, he said he wished he could stay in the hospital longer (or something like that) because the hospital's meals were better than mine.

Everybody laughed as they thought he was joking.

I'm sure he wasn't serious, he probably would have ordered takeout if he didn't like your cooking, or he would have cooked himself.




Also you could invite your friend over a bit early so she could assist with the cooking, I bet she'd love to help out.

Ha ha Gypsy, you are kind but once he asked me whether if I have ever learnt cooking properly, I answered no. He said he thought not.


We went out to eat a lots (pub restaurant etc) but if I said I would cook tonight, his face/expression was like his heart has sunk.
