What I cannot understand is how much times Liverpool and Suarez contradicted themselves in this whole mess, which made his evidence seem not credible enough...

There was obviously footage not shown on TV and various other things like interviews/witness statements for the IC to consider and came to the conclusion he was guilty of using offensive language relating to Evra's skin but is not a racist as Evra, The IC/FA and Manchester United all agreed on.

Suarez and LFC should just move on now and let the ban be served because appealing carries the risk of the ban being increased...

Won't happen. Suarez himself admitted he said Negro. That warrants a ban already. His own Lawyer admitted the pinch to his skin most likely wasn't "friendly" which Liverpool claimed. Like I said already, he ****ed up changing his story plenty of times. What did he expect the decision to be then?
