They missed their golden chance to turn Cena heel. Sure they would have lost a few T-Shirt sales but it would be WWE's hottest stuff in years. I remember reading an article a few days ago detailing how a heel Cena Vs Undertaker's streak would have every possibility of getting their highest buy rate ever and I believe it.
