so about WINSTON... remember when he said in his VT he's gonna win bc his name is Winston, and we thought we were finally getting a 1984 reference even though BBUK Housemates are illiterate these days, and then he just said it's bc WIN is in his name? Sums him up in a nutshell. He was A Nice Lad, "nice" being the operative word. Like... he wasn't the worst thing in the world and he has some decent moments (he didn't jump on Ashleigh like everyone else did when HER EVIL PLAN got leaked to the house, I don't think?) and some not-so decent moments (tbh I blocked a lot out but he showmanced ****ing Tamara so there), and he seemed like our winner since he was the only person in the entire cast with a positive edit [insert edgic chart]

but then he got #BLINDSIDED and it hurt Ash and Helen more than it hurt him lmfao their reactions were PRICELESS I remember I was in LensCrafters that day and checked my phone and was FLOORED and couldn't believe it. Then the same thing happened exactly a week later when I had to go back to LensCrafters and found out ****ing Helen won, but that's for another time.

#238 - Mario Mugan (BB11)


Moley Mario - even the name alone conjures dark memories of Dave the Monk continually calling him it in a cartoony sort of way - ruined BB11 for me LONG before the quadruple eviction could.

OK so TiBB in 2010 - we'd just joined the new servers so the forum itself was in an unsteady shift of format, we were just getting over the words "u2u" becoming "PM" and "karma" being axed entirely - was a very dark place. Stacey was Stacey, Scott was Scott, and there were two hundred other trolls that make Adam and Nicky look positively delightful! But there was one member - Malza, a German woman - who was absolutely obsessed with Mario Mugan. Like, 10x the levels Vanessa has for her crush of the series. And the sheer memory of this alone is further compounding my hatred for Mario.

He was a snivelling, creepy, obsessed-with-Ben little rodent (mole joke aside) and didn't contribute anything witty or funny or even memorable to the series and ultimately coasted through to 3rd place for no good ****ing reason. I just can't. I hate him. If you want a skin-crawlingly awkward and unfunny 2 minutes have sex with Marc watch this:

Matthew Davies

I'll start of by saying that Matthew came across pretty well in his VT and had potential to be a great housemate, although that's not really hard when the rest of the cast came across as people that were rejected for The Apprentice for being thick as pig shit. In reality, he was one of the biggest disappointments of that series, which kinda says a lot cause you know...it's BB15.

My problem with Matthew was that he was so convinced of his own intelligence and pretended to be above it all, like sure, BB15 was a combination of vapid people with a collective IQ of double digits, but Matthew really wasn't any better? He was just a basic, vacuous, try-hard and there was SO MUCH he could've said about Helen that night they had an argument, but instead resorted to bringing up her saggy tits and telling her to get another boob job. How witty and perceptive! Helen didn't really discriminate with her tone towards anyone that wasn't in her loyal little clique, but I felt like Matthew was one of the few that was actually deserving of her wrath. Like there's a whole house for you to explore, if you thought a game of spin the bottle was infantile (and it was) then leave. There were people in the garden anyway. After that, he spent the remainder of his stay bitching about Helen and whining that she attacked him personally until he was booted out over Ash, which really didn't bother me as much as it did other people? Don't get me wrong, Ash was ****ing awful, but Matthew had become really irritating by that point, so I was pretty pleased to see him go. And I'm sure he was evicted because his then-girlfriend was sf annoying during the friends/family segments that it made people pick up the phone and vote to evict Matthew even more.

In case any of you were wondering, he's just as much of a pompous cunt on Twitter post-show, with his elitist bull****. You were on a series of Big Brother that nobody watched, get a job. Speaking of Twitter, he also had a war with Helen shortly after the series ended, which resulted in her outing him (as if it wasn't already obvious lmao) and then he dated Mark for a while, which in all seriousness, going from Christopher to Matthew is major downgrade.

Three years have now passed and thankfully, Matthew's faded back to obscurity, so there is some good in the world!
