Good evening ladies and gents tonight is the semi final! Though I don't think the contestants had been told this as we didn't wanna put too much pressure on them. But yes your all fighting for your place in the grand final next week!!
The themes this week were forgotten 70s/80s and Hunks by Parm(Elvis/Tom Jones/Robbie Williams/Boy George) It is time to hit the dancefloor! |

First up is Lewis and Janette with a Jive to man-eater by hall & oates
Ammi: Full of energy and full of fun - an excellent kicking and flicking song choice Parmnion: nice beat, but it doesnt kick off like a jive should Amy Jade: I wouldn't call this unknown, I'm not very familiar with 70's or 80's music and know this. Also Sophie Ellis Bextor did a Jive to this. There are SO many song to choose from in this category and you choose a well known song and a pretty well known performance from the show. I'm disappointed Denver: Fabulous Liam:8 Ammi:7 Parmnion:5 Amy Jade:4 Denver:10! A score of 34! |

Next up is Barry and Oti with a Contemporary to straight up by Paula Abdul
Ammi: A straight up lively and dynamic dance with perfectly choreographed moves and grooves and you rocked every one of them. Parmnion: Quicksteppy, then jazzy funk..love it.. Amy Jade: I wouldn't consider this forgotten at all. It worked well enough but I wasn't wowed by this. I think you could have done something amazing with contemporary and this is just good rather than special. Denver: It was a great performance Liam:6 Ammi:8 Parmnion:10! Amy Jade:6 Denver:9 A score of 39! |

Next up is Nicky and Johannes with a Rumba to babe by Styx
Ammi: A slow and sexy and sensuous and seductive Rumba - worthy of a semi final and worthy of a 10. Parmnion: Too sad...You made me too sad. Amy Jade: I can totally see this working, great pick and a fabulous retro performance! Excellent! Denver: I really enjoyed that Liam:9 Ammi:10! Parmnion:7 Amy Jade:9 Denver:7 A score of 42! Next is Cherie and Alijaz with a Cha Cha to what cha gonna do for me Chaka Khan
Ammi: Cha-Cheerful and Cha-Cheekily playful, I loved your song choice. A lively semi final dance Parmnion: rather bland..I was hoping for more. Amy Jade: Can't go wrong with a bit of Chaka to a Cha Cha. This was so much fun and this round is a game of two half's. You were Top tier! Denver: You came and you conquered Liam:7 Ammi:7 Parmnion:5 Amy Jade:9 Denver:10! A score of 38! |

First up is Lewis and Janette with a Waltz to Angels by Robbie Williams
Ammi: A big song and a big dance and you put them together beautifully with your choice - angelic and romantic Parmnion: Hunky Amy Jade: Perhaps it'll just be me but this song and Strictly just makes me think of Caroline and her absolutely flawfree performance and nothing will ever come close to it. You made a valiant effort but pale in comparison to our Caz. Denver: I didnt like it that much Liam:8 Ammi:7 Parmnion:10! Amy Jade:7 Denver:5 A score of 37! |

Ammi: You were a sex bomb on that dance floor - full of theatre and all that jazz, yeah Parmnion: Very hunky Amy Jade: This was so much fun song, I'm not convinced by the dance you paired it with but I enjoyed it for what it was. Ammi: A semi final, a perfect Foxtrot, Robbie and Nicole - is this heaven?… I think so Parmnion: There's female in this Amy Jade: This worked well but I think it was too safe for me to get excited about. Still enjoyable but nothing groundbreaking. Denver: It was very boring and forgettable Liam:9 Ammi:10! Parmnion:5 Amy Jade:7 Denver:5 A score of 36! |

Closing the semi final is Nicky and Johannes with an Argentine Tango to I who have nothing by Tom Jones
Ammi: Your Argentine Tango didn’t have nothing, it had everything and we loved every move. A stunning final dance to a stunning semi final show Parmnion: again, very hunky. Amy Jade: Gutted nobody picked Boy George but this really worked for me, this was passionate, sexy and thrilling and I felt every move. Excellent work! Denver: You have everything you need to win Liam:7 Ammi:7 Parmnion:10! Amy Jade:10! Denver:10! A score of 47! |
