they are looking at making a vaccine pass mandatory to attend crowded events like night clubs by september when everyone will have been offered a double jab

By September it will be mandatory to be vaccinated to enter Night Clubs, I expect this to be rolled out to bars and restaurants as well tbh

why does Boris and the boffins constantly say the NHS is working flat out?
I have been in and out of hospitals for the last year umpteen times and have never seen this. A nurse from SOmerset called LBC yesterday and said the hospital is quiet and the fact so many less people are around the days go longer? |

its all about bed apportionment. They want to keep wards available for things other than covid. It doesn't mean that they are maxed out in overall capacity. Also, there are hot spots, but the nhs as a whole doesn't have a problem dealing with covid at the moment. How that will look in another month is a different thing of course
