Also, next time, no randomly picking them. These nominations may shoot you in your foot and also mine; as it may mean 3 people up again, when I only want two. If you really don't know, please wait till after 9pm for the First part of the task to get a verdict on effort etc.

considering we have to nominate all but one of our team it's a little bit difficult to base it on anything. maybe it'd be better if we all voted to save one person on our team.
