Oh yeah I’m not saying we’re the worst by any means but we’re not out of the woods given many other countries have been in great situations but are now struggling again.

The lateral flow tests are crap. Marginally better than nothing - if it comes up positive, you probably have Covid - but if it comes up negative it really means nowt, the false-negative rate for them is through the roof.

PCR test is the only way to be close to accurate.

I tossed it aside complaining to everyone about needing a degree in chemistry to work that **** out.

I went back back minutes later to tell them I meant to say chemistry and woodwork.

Higher than yesterday though and it’s stopped that 7 day decrease ..

Deaths up over last week - also hospitalisations and patients needing ventilation far higher than last week - 33% increase over 7 days

Hopefully it’s just a one off
