actually...i was in the shower and i sort of bent a wee bit to get the shampoo likes. Then my back totally fecked out on me. It's effed and was totally agony. I used to laugh at folk who moaned on about back problems but never again i sh#t you not.

anyway i managed to get out the bath(its not a walk in shower its an over the bath shower). i had to crawl to the bedroom. manged to get on to the chair at the computer desk and largely been here ever since.

There's feck all to do. bored out ma nut. just sitting here on the BB forums. It's like i got cabin fever and am slowly unravelling. you are proabably privvy to some kind of breakdown here.
