Exactly, plus the reason some obese people eat too much food in the first place, is because of underlying problems emotionally. When I watched "Supersize vs Super Skinny" there was one woman who was obese, and she lost a baby and comfort ate, and when she started getting a belly, people commented and asked if she was pregnant, and she liked that because she really wanted a baby, so she ate and ate.
Theres all sorts of mental as well as physical issues behind peoples weight, which is why I get irritated when people call larger people, just on face value

Its the way our society has become im afraid, to many fast food options and generally people being lazy and not bothering to cook a good wholesome meal. did u see the boy in the sun newspaper today weighing 23stone and 9yr old. I blame his parents!

No I am not.As I have already written,according to my BMI I am overweight but not obese(I used to have normal BMI).I am working on it.It is hard I do agree but I do not beleive in taking a soft approach to this problem which is enormous.A soft approach is not going to help.I know friends who have succeeded.I recently met a girl who had lost 50 pounds.It can be.done.Finally loosing weight is something inside -emotional not outside us.You are welcome to criticize me.But dont deny that fat people are ugly-Healthy people are attractive and succeed in life.

True, although you can't blame fast food places, as they are available for everyone to buy, but not everyone is overweight. Everyone have free will, and willpower to not head to mcdonalds and get a big mac. People go there everyday in their car, and drive back in their car and eat in front of the tv and dont move atall, thats why theyre obese.
I eat wayyyy too many takeaways and junk food, but I do skipping and lunges etc every other day, and walk everywhere as my mum and me both do not drive!
Its the choices you make, not the fact that fast food is too available

i wasnt referring to you specifically thriller(otherwise i would have said so),i just mean that people judge so much on appearances,and my comments were aimed at those who seek to be nasty about others appearances(ie,calling people ugly).its great that you are working hard on your own bmi etc and i honestly wish you the best of luck,and god knows i certainly need to shape up myself,so i would not criticise for doing your best.
