I dont agree that every thread should end up talking about sex in it, but at the same time, its quite easy to pass over the posts to what you want to read.

Let's take the main threads for example. I don't know about the Brotherhood, I don't read it that often. The Den's had countless sex talks. Elimination did too. There's been countless threads that are clearly dirty [because of the titles, so that's fair enough]. Conzors' comeback. Arneldo's truths thread.

Those are just recent examples.

We don't talk much about sex in the Bh thread. Mostly about our day, video games and sports. Yet it sometimes happen we post pictures of hot girls on micro bikini (it's our thing lol)

It was obvious the Truths thread was going to be sex focussed, so the Conzor's comeback but like I said, you know what to expect on TIBB.

I understand it was always going to be present but the whole thread has now just become sex orientated when it didn't have to be that way.

You know what annoys me? Before I took a break from here, almost every single thread turned into a text speak, bitch please style MSN conversation about abstract subjects none of us particularly gave a flying monkeys about.

And on a media platform where any kid can look up any type of porn he or she wants in a matter of seconds, did I think that kind of kthxbai stuff particularly contributed towards raising the standards of the English language for new members of our forum? Not really. Hows that for irony? Did I complain? No, I got on with things.

Oh, and you know those gif's? They suck. They really, really suck. Most of us hate them. They are completely overused and show up in far more threads than talk about willies. Use words. Chaucer managed to make a career out of it.

if you think gifs appear more than sex talk, you're on a different forum and that's the truth. Most people don't use gifs very much anymore.

And you're telling me, had someone made a thread complaining about the use of txt speak and gifs, you wouldn't have replied and most likely gotten very involved?

I don't think a thread was made as a public rant against this. You knew it annoyed us due to the BH against Zetas old thing.

Like I said, it happened months ago and I'm relieved it stopped, now it's time to face the music for you too.
I didn't read the Conzor's thread in full so I can't comment but I guess it was all about his antics.

Once again, you know what to expect on TIBB and the funny thing is, the big action always happens on Sundays, it's very animated.
I don't feel any concerned by the whole 'I tell everything about my sexual life' thing you seem to be annoyed with, but I can't help taking a position and quite defend them.

Tbh this topic's a bit moot. It's difficult to find a compromise - as there should be, by no means, a ban on sex-talk, but the amount of it about clearly does...unsettle a few of us.

The creation of Stu's sex topic was valiant but won't work

I can't see the scope for a resolution - it's the way things are, and whilst I disagree with them, that's hardly something new with my thoughts on TiBB.
