I see everyone discussing that he should face legal consequences, but I think somehow, her parents should be held responsible as well, for letting a 14 (with or without their consent) be at a bar in the first place. As parents, they failed to protect their child. The bar should also face consequences for allowing a minor in the establishment. Sure, he should have done his homework, and asked her age, but, how many single people actually do that when they are picking up someone for a one night stand in a bar?

Good post, but still, hmmmmmm, I wish he started acting a little more responisble about the whole sordid affair though, he has a son now.

Going off looks can get you in trouble....I imagine that is what Sisqo did. These girls growing up now have lebron james disease - they look 40 when they are actually in highschool still! I have a 13 yo sister, who has friends that look older than me and im almost 24.
