Also, I never said I find him funny just because he is smutty. Again, that's another one of your special little assumptions. I find his style, delivery, and content as a whole funny. Things you wouldn't know about.

So why is he not a man, in your eyes, out of interest?
ffs - I didn't exactly say he wasn't a man - just said that his obession with his 'manhood' raises doubts about his confidence in his 'natural abilities' - that yes, maybe he overcompensates! That is for people to have their own view on! I have made my view clear, as have you!

He may be a twat but I have to give him credit due - he was a big reason for the surprise success of 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall',
and,
just saw the preview for this new film where he plays (a similar role) crazed Brit Rockstar and it really did look hilarious and he really is perfect in that role. He actually got the biggest laughs (in just a preview) than anything else in our cinema last night.

I can tell you this much.. in 10 or 15 years he will look back in utter cringing shame at the way he is dressed now and that ridiculous hair **** thing he does.
Then again I think he is self-deprecating enough to look at himself and laugh.

His obsession with manhood? He uses the word 'dinkle' a lot as a comedic trait. You are the one obsessed by the concept of manhood, not him.

Again, you have already admitted to never have seen one of his shows, so your opinion is hardly well informed.

My opinion is as informed as it needs to be! I have seen enough to know I would have no desire to see one of his shows!

As other posters have said - I doubt he will be around for long - in my opinion, he has novelty value rather than a genuine talent that will last the distance! We will see!

He does have talent. Read his books. The guy has a great grasp of the English language.

I also forgot to add radio dj to his long list of accomplishments. Channel 4 would always take him back. So would radio.

So he'll be around no matter how his movie career pans out.
