I'm not sure if you like metalcore, but here are some really decent metalcore bands:
As I Lay Dying - Suggested songs: Departed Forsaken The Sound of Truth Anodyne Sea Nothing Left This is Who We Are Parallels Bullet for my Valentine - Suggested songs: Hearts Burst Into Fire Hand of Blood Tears Don't Fall All These Things I Hate Intro Waking the Demon Scream Aim Fire Begging for Mercy Your Betrayal Atreyu - Suggested songs: Ex's and Oh's Bleeding Mascara The Theft Shameful Killswitch Engage - Suggested songs: My Curse Holy Diver My Last Serenade Rose of Sharyn Trivium - Suggested songs: Broken One Vengeance The Anthem Detonation Cradle of Filth (Not metalcore, but they have really nice interesting theatric songs) - Suggested songs: Nymphetamine The Death of Love Mannequin I'll try think of some more later.

Well I haven't heard these metalcore bands, but everyone seems to be going on about them at the moment.
The Devil Wears Prada Asking Alexandria A Day To Remember Heaven Shall Burn Whitechapel Bring Me The Horizon (Heard 2 or 3 of their songs, screaming makes my ear bleed lol)
