Saying that getting Ben out would leave us with someone like Sophie or Rachel implies he is actually entertaining. He really isn't, he is just awkward cringey viewing.

I don't even think he will be up this week tbh. Maybe at the start of the week it sorta looked like it, but I doubt now. At least we know Ben will be up now

The difference being that Ben has contributed massively to this show in terms of polarising opinions, controversy, arguments, debate, humour etc. All Nathan has done is lurk in the kitchen, trying to fly under the radar - a complete waste of space, only surfacing from his pots and pans to glower ferociously with his monobrow, and berate those he perceives as privileged like Sunshine and Ben, both soft targets for the pointless little twerp.
