Ok how about this for a theory:

(1) Mario has a boyfriend. (No surprises so far).

(2) The BF is a big, very big, name in the music or entertainment industry. (Still no surprises).

(3) The BF has hitherto been regarded as totally straight and is indeed adored and lusted after by female fans the world over.

Any good?

It's the BF's sexuality which might be mindblowing... after all who gives a stuff about Mario?

Saying he did have AIDS or rather some other long term illness could be quite a big deal. Some people praise or berate BB for raising public awareness for age, race, sexuality, class, disabilities, perhaps, just perhaps he did have a long term illness it'd be another case of public awareness before BB ends

Or it could be how he plans to spend the prize money. Charity, operation for himself, for someone else, giving it all to his grandparents etc

Or maybe it's just something miniscule but personal to Mario and Ife's just overdramatised it all. Maybe he wants to spend the prize money winning a famous person's toenail clippings on E-Bay

If it involved publicly outing a major celeb, I think that could be seen as a big deal and why BB warned Mario not to talk about it.......... just a thought!
