Yes - as long as they're entertaining and have a big impact on the house/show [which generally they are/do].

At the end of the day, these people MAKE the series and are the only reason most people watch...because they love to hate people.

If it was a house full of Steve's I can guarantee next to no people would watch, because there would be...well, no point.

Big Brother is based around drama and it's also a gameshow - they should all be ENCOURAGED to step on each other, play games, be nasty, malicious etc. It's only for a few months...and there's a Ł100,000 prize at the end of it. That's the one thing the USA have right with their version. Only in this pathetic moral country would playing a game in a gameshow be condemned...

I like her, she's not perfect (who is) but she has stood up for Corin and rattled John and Sam (Sam I sort of like but he's was a bit OTT re Corin) ... she won me over when she did it!
With all her flaws, she still isn't nearly as 'ugly' as the hearts of most of the other HMs .. and not nearly as unkind as some of the remarks I've read, directed at her in this thread.

Josie knows just what type of behaviour is going to make her popular and get her airtime - firstly the showmance, then the insecure overweight country girl, who sucks her thumb (who also happens to have a successul job in sales) - now the hero of the hour who comes to the defence of the bullied in their hour of need! Nah, John James has defined this series, really. She's only really had a big impact because of him...as far as I can remember she was fairly insignificant in the first few weeks. I remember predicting she was going to be one of the bores.

And she hasn't really. But the point I'm trying to make is if she HAS played a game, people shouldn't be condemning her for it...
