Yeah they think it's the institutionalisation of the Gender Dysphoric system. When they are going through the change of wearing women's clothes etc they are in the system and getting a whole heap of attention from not only the NHS but from other groups too.

I feel sorry for people like Nadia. I truly believe they can't help it and I believe it's correct that they can be surgically assisted to live in the gender they wish to be but at the end of the day whatever transormations are performed they, their internal organs and chrosomomes are not changed by surgery. She may look like a woman ( which is debatable), talk like a woman and walk like a woman but she'll never be a real woman.
