If the X Factor final wasn't in a couple of days and I wasn't only a few points away from a week ban, you would be getting sent back packing to wherever you just came from.

Going to open up in safe mode and do all that disk stuff when I get home from work tomorrow

Have you tried C Cleaner? Dowload and run it. It'll find crap

Reminds me, I need to run mine....

Only thing is you'll need to relog into sites you use again (if you have them to stay logged in that is)

That cleans up all excess files that clog up your computer and slow it down. But its not really effective at finding viruses. Especially sophisticated ones.

and nobody should keep their important passwords stored in firefox etc. Never choose to keep your email passwords permanently logged in. Forum passwords are ok but not any that lead to personal info.

I leave most of it to my OH. He knows his stuff so I get him to check all the gubbins every so often But no, I don't leave my stuff logged in.
