I don't think I've ever joined or used an internet forum where I haven't seen it happen at least once. It's possibly even more common than elsewhere with it being a totally unregulated environment.

I do think there is a bit of a hierarchy on here tbh. I think there are definitely a group of outcasts, and a group of people who are accepted. I don't think there is a ringleader at all though, or if there is it changes round a lot (if you get what I'm saying?).

And before any of you lot ask I'm not getting my first infraction tonight by naming names
