Save the pic to your pictures folder.. Then right click on the photo and choose "open with" you should be able to choose Windows photoor summat..

That will allow you to edit it.

probably at home but I'd have to bring them from home to work to scan any old pictures, that one was on fb already, actually I have one awful one someone posted on fb from when I was around 6, I was making a weird face when the picture was taken I'll post that then
