I havent tried to add a photo yet

I have uploaded photos, clicked on each one of them, and it has a list of options but none of them are "set as ___"

And why does it just say "add to circle" on Vicky's profile when people have been adding me as a friend as well as to circles

click on the picture and i think you click into actions and its there
i cant remember

if you go to the profile tab, click edit profile (blue button, top right) and then click "change photo" underneath where the profile picture is, that should do it
