But we are discussing particularly the manner in which Aaron managed to dupe the housemates in this particular series and in this particular instance - are we not?

Sure, but on a broader level game playing in general is relevant to the discussion and it's odd that Anton is vilified for it and Aaron is praised when it's him who's manipulating things

Agreed. Personally, I like them both, but this convo proved that Aaron is probably a much better gameplayer than Anton.

Given that Anton betrayed one of his best mates in there (Harry) - a close friend of Aaron - Anton set himself up for a fall. Aaron brought that about by way of playing a pretty skilled move and one that Anton never even saw coming his way. I think such intelligence and the way he managed to pull it off was pretty ingenious. Let's be honest here, Anton's sneaky behaviour warranted it - you know the saying about fighting fire with fire don't you.

All Aaron has done is played Anton at his own game. And so far, Aaron's winning by a mile.

I like gameplayers including Anton, but I think whats done alot of people with Anton is in the first 2 weeks in paticular he would not shut his mouth about sex so it was bringing him and the series down a bit.

Well played, there is no way either him or Faye will go anyway. Unless BB make it a double eviction to please Golden boy Then still could see Anton and Aden going

I also think being up will be good for Fay as she'll survive and the remaining Wolfpack members ie Jay and Aden will think twice about nominating her next week. Tom may be vulnerable.

Both of them are up for eviction along with the others - it's bound to have reared it's head.

Alex takes no risks, it's easy to deal with the 'emotion' of doing absolutely nothing that might put ones emotions at risk imo

Respect for herself, good humour, and the ability to get the attention from males without jumping into bed with them, doesn't get smashed and go around gropping one guy the same day that's she's snogging the face off another guy.....

Faye is moving along in the world learning things, Alex is 'playing it safe' in my view. I don't think that makes her more emotionally intelligent as is being suggested lately in this thread

Hopefully soon, she's move along in the world and learn that wiping your snot on sofas isn't the thing for any 19year old to be doing.

jjust so we get the thread back on topic, what are your thoughts on Aaron duping the housemates into nominating the Wolfpack. quite a smart move in getting them all up for nominations in one fell swoop eh!

What was so brilliant about this deceptive move was he duped arch rival JAY. oK, so that's not a mean feat, but given how much Jay despises Aaron it's shocking that Jay would fall for that. It was audacious, such temerity. Not only did it lead to Jay being up, it sealed the fate of all the wolfpack and just showed that Aaron is a lot smarter than he wants people to think. That mumbly stumbly nervy awkward character he projects is not real, but conceals a shrewd gameplayer.

I didn't like him in the beginning but I have to hand it to him, he knows exactly what he's doing.

Again, Aaron is a game-player we all knew this from the start - I back Mark. But he's doing it with a deft touch, finesse and a touch of class that it's enjoyable.

BIB - Absolutely. Given that Jay thinks he's the Alpha male in there - Aaron once again, manages to wipe the floor with him, without lifting a finger.

Brilliance, sheer brilliance.
