"The 3 candidates will then appoint a Campaign Manager from their team of 8 supporters and shall come up with a campaign speech explaining why they should be elected to become Tibb's MP and what they have to offer."

I think you may have to change this.

You may of course choose to dispense with a campaign manager and write and deliver your own speech, a politicians prerogative.
