Louise Cliffe, just on pure looks blew every other girl in the history of the main show out of the water. She may of had the personality of wet lettuce but BY GOD you could not help but be lost in her eyes for a while.

Lauren on the other hand has natural good looks and a personality that bubbles with deliciousness. Give that girla proper professional make-over and she will knock the socks off Sara(meh) and Deana(been looking pretty nice recently)!

Agreed on Louise <3 However I think you're being a tiny bit biased on Lauren, she's only in her 20's and she looks very haggard and wrinkly due to excessive smoking probably. Makeover can't save her but she is very pretty at times

I would not say 'ghastly' by any stretch and I would agree she was attractive but nothing special either.
Add to that she looked too much like 'Mackaulty Culkin' (whoever that boy was in those 'Home Alone' movies way back),

Yeah was suprised by the whole Tom thing. It was quite near the end though and Faye had got very slack with any kind of training. She was even smoking!
