I'm a woman in my 50s and whilst I know its not the same word I really don't like it when young people call me 'love' as I find it patronising and that they think I am an old woman..........erm, don't even comment on that anyone LMAO. Funny thing is though I've got an awful habit of calling everyone love! I really must stop it.

Lol, have to laugh though... Sam calls Vanessa Feltz "pet", and "love" (this was done in a mocking way to VF, as the question put to Sam was deliberately mocking him).
Sam get labelled rude by people on here, who some in an ironic twist, call him a ******.
