By edges do you mean the outer edge which isn't a perfectly smooth/rounded edge? I'm not sure it's supposed to be, those kind of ornate frames are made like that.

But then I can see the pixelation in the middle of it all, like they've had an MS paint cut and paste disaster.

Yeah, bring a graphic designer in to do an actual logo.

These photoshop-furntiture-into-a-picture images just crap.
