Gonna try to stop smoking - but as a Scot that always has to be tomorrow, tomorrow tommorow as the parties/cuddle situations have barely stopped as we treat new year about a 2 week event!

..it's a good resolution and don't worry if it takes you a bit of time to do it because I think it's something that your head/focus has to be right for, for it to have a chance of working..it's more a psychological things so getting your head in the right place is the thing....how long does Hogmanay last for in Scotland...when do the parties stop..?...
