Initial thoughts...

The presentation is far improved on FIFA 14. Much more of a television feel with Martin Tyler reading players out when the line up screen is shown. The Premier League layout is great also.

Gameplay wise it feels more realistic. L1 plus Triangle is much less effective. First touches are more realistic.

A downside is as soon as you start the demo and it loads, you're put into a Liverpool vs City game in which Liverpool can win the title. Had to immediately end the match to save myself.

It's Sony's fault as the demo is ready for them to put up now if they wanted, but the store doesn't update until tomorrow over here.

Played it abit at my mate's.

Thank **** this isn't close to the final build. The game is so broken. The keepers are ridiculous with letting in the long shots straight at them like idiots and then being superman with shots from inside the box

It's still abit too easy to score near post from an angle too.

I love the passing though. Movement is a little annoying though. Sterling and Aguero seemed the only ones to make the exact run I wanted lol

I've checked a couple Youtube vids to see if it was just some luck we had, but it's happened in a couple vids too it seems. EA did say that the Goalkeepers have been patched for the actual game though.

Twitter seems to have alot of people saying the same too regarding long shots or volleys from far, but there are a small minority also saying they are impossible so maybe they are doing it wrong

Yeah nearly every video I've seen people have been complaining about the long shots but this demo is from months ago, so much has been done since then so the game itself should be fine.

Overall ratings don't matter. It's the individual ones that count. Sturridge is rated less than RVP overall, but he'll be far far better to use in the game.

Not a big fan of the gameplay on the demo really, only played 2 matches and was already bored.

The songs are great though, wasn't expecting to hear the Brendan Rodgers song ringing out

Due to Konami's deal with United, we're only in the PES demo each year... that said...

doesn't even seem that we'll be in that.

I'm assuming that agreement must be coming to a close.

Finally got round to playing it, pretty impressed tbh, have learnt over the years the game itself is always much better than the demos so I've got pretty high hopes for it now. The graphics and celebrations are much smoother. Markovic and Oscar on it >>>>

I scored direct from three low drilled crosses that ended up going straight to the near post and behind the keeper

This game will be quality when the keepers aren't broken though. The passing>>

I thought I wouldnt give a **** about the new crowd, but scoring feels lovely. Seeing the crowd celebrate and players run over to them is a nice touch.
