I don't see any issues with anything about this considering they both claim to love each other. Looking around to make sure Helen was standing behind him, and she wasn't screaming out against it. Drunken, sloppy sex.... she didn't seem to mind afterwards anyways.

This is Kimberly we're discussing is it, a supposedly intelligent, educated woman? She's not some unworldly, shrinking violet, I'm sure if she didn't want to have sex she'd say no. The fact she said to helen that she had issues with expressing feelings and emotions was a clue.
All anyone has to go on is what's been shown in the highlights, if they had that would have been made apparent I would have thought.

She is capable of freeing herself. She had ample time from the beginning of the 'showmance' to say 'NO, I'm not interested'. She played into it and now it's up to her to get herself out of it, if that is what she wants.
If she keeps telling him she loves him and has sex with him, how does that show him that she wants out?
