It would have been better if Ashleigh just said she would have loved one of her friends Chris or Christopher to win if SHE didn't take the crown. Slating Helen was stupid and sour grapes. Many people have said Helen shouldn't have won but I would have thought Ashleigh would have been gracious and happy to have come runner up.
Only goes to show why I didn't like her in the first place. I am sure she will do well out of big brother so she should just get on with the rest of her life and let Helen get on with hers!!!!

Two things, did you hear those words come out of her mouth or were they the written word?
You have to remember that Ashliegh is young and impressionable, I think her most natural reaction and the one where she worked it out for herself were the moments before and after she left the house.
At that point there was no input from anyone else, no backstabbing, finger pointing, oxygen stealing bitter and twisted house mate to fill her mind with the negative, at that point she was for once standing up for herself and filling the 'centre ground' She was magnanimous and generous in defeat, showed a side of her self that was natural and wasn't influenced by others.
Since she has come out of the house, she immediately gets drawn in to the spider's web of haters Danielle, Mathew, Toya etc filling her head with the negative. Like she said, left alone her and Helen could get along and had more in common than the rest would like to think.
Shame the haters got in the way.
