There's saying things for shock and laughs and there is just being a twat tbh. No excusing saying innocent children deserve being killed and branding them "stupid". [A medical examiner finally rules on the 81-year-old comedian's death,
which came after she underwent a routine medical procedure.
Joan Rivers died from low blood oxygen during a routine medical procedure,
a medical examiner has determined.
The comedian passed away on 4 September, a week after she suffered cardiac arrest
during a procedure at a Manhattan clinic to check out voice changes and reflux.
